• Full name of the data subject and a means to communicate the response, either by email or address.
• A clear and precise description of the personal data with respect to which you seek to exercise any of the ARCO rights.
• A copy of a valid official identification of the data subject or, where applicable, of their legal representative, as well as the document proving such representation.

PARABELO, S.A.S. will respond to your request within a maximum period of 20 business days, counted from the date on which the corresponding request is received.

The processing of personal data is based on your consent, which may be granted verbally, in writing or electronically, as applicable. In the case of sensitive, financial or patrimonial personal data, express consent will be requested when required by applicable law.

PARABELO, S.A.S. is a company incorporated under the laws of Mexico, and the processing of personal data is primarily carried out in accordance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

If you access our services, forms, content, events, communities or communications from outside Mexico, you acknowledge that your personal data may be processed and stored in Mexico or in other countries where our technology providers operate.
